WELCOME TO HUMM
HUMM is a New York restaurant serving modern American food. Located on the corner of Hudson Street and Leroy Street in the West Village, HUMM is owned and operated by Chef Daniel Humm, the celebrated chef behind Eleven Madison Park and Clemente Bar.
Designed by Pierre Yovanovitch, the restaurant was built in collaboration with globally renowned artists, including Francesco Clemente and Rashid Johnson, who filled the space with site-specific artworks that emphasize the warmth and rhythm of service.
Our offerings include an à la carte menu in our dining room as well as a bar menu featuring both classic and seasonal cocktails alongside small plates and sharable bar snacks. Join us for dinner any night of the week. Reservations are available via Resy, with walk-ins welcome and accommodated according to availability.
